Application Checklist

These are the neccessary steps you must complete in order to receive a housing assignment. In most years housing assignments will be emailed and mailed out in late July. If you have not completed these steps by the dates provided you will not receive a housing assignment.

  1. Fill out a housing contract and pay your $325 deposit
  2. If you are under 18 when you submit your contract send in your guarantor form
  3. Get vaccinated for meningitis and fax it (775-784-1149) to our office by June 1st
  4. Enroll in at least 12 credits by June 1st (if you plan on graduating in 4 years enroll in at least 15)
  5. If you wish to change any preferences on your contract you can do so by contacting housing@unr.edu (changes will not be accepted after June 1st)
