1. The University provides a service by listing off-campus rental properties. The listing is available to all members of the University community.
2. The University does not screen students/non-students who use our service.
3. The University assumes no responsibility in regard to rent collection, damage, etc.
4. The University in no way desires to inspect off-campus housing, and assumes that all listings meet at least a minimum of standards with respect to health and safety.
5. Listed property must be available to all, without regard to race, creed, national origin, age, or gender.
